At Beachway Exterior Cleaning LLC, we strive to provide exceptional pressure washing services to all our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our services. If you are unhappy with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
• If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within our control.
• If the work performed does not meet the agreed-upon standards and we are unable to resolve the issue after a re-service attempt.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
• For issues caused by pre-existing conditions, such as permanent stains, damage, or structural flaws, that cannot be remedied through pressure washing.
• If the client does not notify us of dissatisfaction within 48 hours of service completion.
• If the client fails to provide adequate access to the property, water source, or required preparation (e.g., moving items or vehicles).
3. Deposit Refunds
For larger jobs requiring a deposit:
• Deposits are refundable if the service is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, except in cases of emergencies or at our discretion.
4. Refund Process
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for your refund request.
3. We will review your request and may schedule a follow-up to address your concerns or re-service the area.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule services without penalty. Refunds for weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
